JOB TITLE
Marketing Coordinator | MAF Entertainment | Cinemas

ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to support the Marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative duties, Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities. Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Co-ordinate requirements for promotional material.
  • Pre and Post marketing alignment and updates through internal communication channels.
  • Follow up, through and track social media and digital campaigns to achieve campaigns’ goals.
  • Assist Brands team to track marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; analyze and prepare reports for sales, expense, and new business data.
  • Assist in developing programs, proper material and tools to support Operations and Sales Teams.
  • Attending partnerships and agencies meetings with Brands team to assist and explore the designing and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing activities meeting the targeted timeline, securing quality and achieving objectives.
  • Keep on expenses tracking and timely processing of payments procedure.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate Degree.
  • Minimum 1-3years experience in a similar environment .
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent communication and team alignment skills.
  • Efficient & attentive to details.
  • Financial skills and excellent use of Excel.
