About Us:
We are a dynamic, fast-growing organization operating in the financial services and investment industry with global reach and a strong presence in the UAE. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and help drive impactful campaigns that align with our strategic goals.

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and various internal departments to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, events, and digital projects. You will also coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels

  • Assist in content development for social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and advertisements

  • Liaise with designers, agencies, and printers to ensure the timely production of marketing materials

  • Maintain and update marketing reports, campaign performance, and KPIs

  • Coordinate internal events, sponsorships, and partner activations

  • Support with market research and competitor analysis

  • Manage the company’s CRM updates for campaign integration

  • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the brand guidelines


Requirements:

  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support role

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email platforms, CMS, etc.)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe)

  • Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Background in finance, fintech, or investment industry

  • Arabic language skills

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Recruitee, or similar platforms
