Job description

• Marketing Budget Planning & Reporting: Coordinate budget planning and reporting using a standardized Marketing Management System to steer importers in the region. Continuous review to ensure accurate data structure, high reporting quality, and optimized KPI tracking. Review and approval of importer invoice submissions.
• KPI Reporting: Implement standardized reports and automated dashboards to summarize and visualize key Marketing KPIs efficiently.
• Access Management: Coordinate access to marketing-related systems and tools for internal and external stakeholders.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including organizing promotional materials in collaboration with various departments.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Marketing department in daily administrative tasks and support marketing-related initiatives.

• Bachelor/Master degree in business administration, Marketing or other relevant field of study
• >1 year of relevant professional experience in Administration/Marketing
• Team oriented and independent, pro-active working attitude.
• Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.
• High proficiency in English, language skills in French and Arabic are beneficial
