Job description

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the company's digital presence across various platforms, including the website, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This individual will coordinate with an external SEO agency, collaborate with internal teams for videography and editing, and take charge of creating, curating, and managing content to align with Strata Global's marketing objectives. Blogs and critical content will be developed in close collaboration with the CEO and MD to ensure alignment with strategic messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, SEO-optimized content for the company website, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Managing Director (MD) to create and refine blogs and other strategic content.
  • Regularly update the website with blogs, service pages, FAQs, and other relevant content.
  • Create and post engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram, including graphics, captions, and hashtags.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to source content ideas, success stories, and testimonials for digital campaigns.
SEO Coordination:
  • Liaise with the external SEO agency to ensure campaigns align with company objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of SEO strategies, including keyword integration and website optimization.
  • Monitor website analytics and provide regular updates on SEO performance.
Social Media Management:
  • Manage LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to increase follower engagement and brand visibility.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
Videography & Editing Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the internal videographer/editor to create videos, such as customer testimonials, company updates, and promotional content.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure videos meet branding and quality standards.
Brand Management & Collaboration:
  • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with Strata Global’s branding and messaging.
  • Support business development initiatives by creating presentations and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather feedback on marketing activities and identify areas of improvement.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Track the performance of all digital marketing efforts, including website traffic, social media engagement, and SEO rankings.
  • Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for content creation, with an emphasis on collaborative content development with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in managing websites (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
