OnTime Group is currently seeking a talented and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and coordinate various marketing activities to promote our brand and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Create and manage engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify marketing opportunities
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
  • Support the marketing team in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics to measure campaign success

Requirements

  • Prior experience in marketing, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
