The Role of the Marketing Coordinator
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join a new takeover project in the UAE: Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAE, as it embarks on an inspiring transformation journey. This evolution will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026.
Our Ideal Candidate
As a Marketing Coordinator reporting directly to the Director of Public Relations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of strategic marketing and public relations initiatives. This position is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about brand storytelling, media engagement, and campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with media agencies to uphold and implement brand standards across graphics, marketing collateral, and electronic direct mail (EDM) communications.
- Initiate and execute diverse marketing programs including direct mail campaigns, corporate sales initiatives, social media marketing, conventions, workshops, advertisements, and sales tools under the guidance of the Director of PR.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots at the resort, ensuring high-quality content creation and maintaining an organized, up-to-date image library.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and alignment on the hotel’s event calendar.
- Manage communication with media houses and agencies to support the planning and execution of digital and social media campaigns for the resort.
- Oversee the resort’s marketing database, ensuring accuracy, organization, and effective segmentation for campaign use.
- Maintain current and engaging content across Al Zorah Beach Resort’s social media platforms and website, in alignment with the Director of PR’s strategic direction.
- Ensure all marketing materials are developed, approved, and distributed within established timelines.
- Support the Director of PR in hosting media visits and press engagements at the resort.
- Coordinate with promotional partners to facilitate joint marketing activities, as directed by the Director of PR.
- Perform of other tasks and projects assigned by the Director of PR, Director of S&M or General Manager.
Qualifications and experience
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and systems is a plus
