Job Description

This role involves partnering with Master Franchisee organizations and Domino’s Pizza International (DPI) teams to define, influence, and support growth strategies, as well as develop the brand through integrated Brand and Marketing consulting within selected markets in one of the four DPI regions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven history of developing effective marketing strategies and showcasing leadership, collaboration, and influencing abilities at senior levels to drive profitable growth across diverse markets with a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Provide marketing consulting to Domino’s international Master Franchisees to influence strong marketing strategies in all markets to grow and protect the brand while enforcing and educating on brand guardrails and principles. Team member responsibility is at market/master franchisee level and must have experience setting strategies, building plans, and ensuring execution. This individual will report to the Marketing Director or Manager of the respective region.

Brand Consulting (Master Franchisee)

  • Develop strong working relation with broader marketing team at Master franchisee (including NPD, Brand communication, Digital teams)
  • Support markets on key topics such as pricing, brand positioning, menu management, product development, digital and media optimization using global DPI frameworks
  • Monitor and track marketing initiatives in local markets like campaigns, pricing and promotion, benchmark with competitive set to recommend course correction if needed
  • Provide access to existing tools and educate markets on adapting the learnings to suit local markets context
  • Consult with markets in tracking KPIs for critical metrics based on global benchmarks,
  • Educate franchisee marketing teams to make disciplined marketing decisions based on data, facts, and consumer research.
  • Lead onboarding and training of new marketing team members in Franchisee organization (brand / marketing manager) with DPI marketing frameworks

Marketing strategy (DPI Global)

  • Actively track marketing calendar, promotion and campaigns for key markets and recommend and align internally with broader COE, Business teams in key forums
  • Support in evolution of DPI tools, playbooks and framework by tracking best-practices from market-specific product, value, and campaign initiatives
  • Monitor overall e-commerce KPIs and optimization of digital programs.

Team Leadership:

  • Foster a collaborative culture and lead with a unified and ambitious vision
  • Work collaboratively with other COEs and business teams to identify marketing priorities at the master franchisee and market level
  • Encourage transparent communication and mutual respect among team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Strong academic credentials, preferably an MBA. Second language from the region is a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years of increasingly responsible marketing experience; Ideally in a restaurant or QSR industry or franchise and experienced in a multi-market capacity
  • Experience developing and writing holistic marketing strategies, experience in consulting and P&L ownership is a plus.
  • Comfortable in an influencing role and dealing with ambiguity. Comfortable using data to provide sound factual recommendations
  • Knowledge with multi-channel optimization of advertising spend –with an emphasis on digital know-how, product development, advertising development, agency management, sales analysis, and research
  • Proven ability to succeed when working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment with a strong ability to build relationships that help drive the brand agenda.
  • Ability to travel up to 30-60% within region and internationally, depending on business needs
