Role Overview
Techniline is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to build and own the marketing foundations across Techniline (B2B distribution) and MusicMajlis (B2C eCommerce).
This role is execution-focused — you will directly deliver campaigns, websites, reports, and content, while coordinating with internal teams (sales, purchasing, service, eCom), Kishan (design), and Sachit (social/content lead). Success means fixing marketing hygiene, executing campaigns systematically, and ensuring all activities are measurable and sales-linked.
Approximate scope split: 60% B2B/B2B2C/B2B2B (Techniline, system integrators, consultants, resellers) and 40% B2C (MusicMajlis eCommerce).
Key Responsibilities1. Websites & CRM
- Act as product/content owner for ongoing website projects (Techniline, MusicMajlis, Wharfedale/21st Century).
- Ensure accurate product/brand content, campaign landing pages, solution pages, and on-page SEO optimization.
- Maintain CRM hygiene: standardized fields, lead capture, routing, deduplication, and accurate reporting.
2. Brand & Communication Hygiene
- Own communication assets: brochures, decks, proposals, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Standardize messaging across websites, campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
- Support rebrand implementation across all channels and collateral.
3. Campaigns & Product Communication
- Work with Purchasing & Sales teams to communicate new arrivals, restocks, and promotions.
- Execute structured campaigns via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and social — with clear reporting on engagement and results.
- Translate campaigns into consistent multi-channel communication (organic, paid, offline).
4. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Coordinate with Kishan (designer), Sachit (social/content lead), and internal teams to create content, post, and engage with audiences.
- Manage the monthly content calendar aligned to sales and brand objectives.
- Build and maintain a content/media library (projects, in-use product photos/videos, testimonials).
5. Reporting & Optimization
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports: traffic, leads, campaigns, ROI/ROAS, pipeline contribution.
- Maintain organized campaign logs, CRM dashboards, and content archives.
- Track campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize based on data.
6. Paid Ads & SEO (via Vendors)
- Manage external vendors/agencies for Google/META/TikTok Ads and technical SEO.
- Prepare briefs, QA deliverables, and own results reporting (ROAS, conversions, keyword rankings).
- Coordinate landing page/content updates required for SEO or ad campaigns.
7. Channel & Event Marketing
(Secondary)- Channel Marketing through - product launches, vendor trainings, and events/demos.
- Coordinate logistics and deliver pre/post-event reporting.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years of marketing experience (digital, content, or brand coordination).
- Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong skills in CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress), CRM tools (Zoho or similar), and campaign tools (email, WhatsApp, social schedulers).
- Clear, concise writing and ability to produce professional sales/marketing collateral.
- Experience in vendor or event coordination is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to data-driven reporting.
- A structured operator — hands-on, proactive, and able to build repeatable systems.
