About The Role
Sunreef Yachts is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Associate to help drive our brand presence across digital and strategic platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves the luxury industry, understands how to turn brand strategy into engaging communication and enjoys working cross-functionally with PR, creative and photo/video production teams.
You will be the connective tissue between content creators and marketing leadership, ensuring our message is cohesive, timely and aligned with the global Sunreef brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Coordination
- Maintain and execute a smart, structured content calendar aligned with key brand milestones (events, awards, launches, partnerships).
- Gather updates from internal teams (PR, creative, design, sales) and ensure they are reflected in marketing communications.
- Build and maintain a content checklist to proactively “hunt” content across the company (e.g., product updates, new hires, press mentions, dealer news).
- Social Media & Digital Communications
- Manage day-to-day activity on social media channels, ensuring posts are timely, visually aligned and impactful.
- Track inquiries through social channels and share monthly reports and engagement trends with the Head of Marketing.
- Present new ideas for growing digital engagement with key target audiences, including partners, clients and industry media.
- Email Marketing
- Prepare e-blast content for clients, partners and media.
- Collaborate with the PR and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and narrative clarity.
- Trend & Competitor Monitoring
- Follow industry trends and innovation.
- Deliver regular insights and strategic opportunities to the marketing team for keeping Sunreef ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, communications or social media (preferably in luxury, yachting or lifestyle sectors).
- Strong organizational and editorial skills with an eye for tone, timing and visual alignment.
- Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams (designers, PR, video editors etc.) while keeping clear direction.
- Experience with email marketing tools and basic analytics.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
