Responsibilities

• Prepare company profiles, corporate presentations, announcements, and other communication materials.
• Support client correspondence and general marketing communications.
• Review technical and product information and translate it into clear, client-focused content.
• Assist in preparing product presentations, technical marketing materials, and project-related communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information and relevant content.
• Coordinate sample requests, project inquiries, information requests, and follow-ups.
• Liaise with relevant internal teams to collect and organize project and technical information.
• Maintain an organized library of project photographs, videos, samples, catalogues, templates, logos, and other marketing resources; ensure materials are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Brand Communications

• Prepare company profiles, corporate presentations, announcements, and other communication materials
• Support client correspondence and general marketing communications

Technical & Product Communications

• Review technical and product information and translate it into clear, client-focused content
• Assist in preparing product presentations, technical marketing materials, and project-related communications
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information and relevant content

Client & Project Support

• Coordinate sample requests, project inquiries, information requests, and follow-ups
• Liaise with relevant internal teams to collect and organize project and technical information

Marketing Assets & Brand Library

• Maintain an organized library of project photographs, videos, samples, catalogues, templates, logos, and other marketing resources
• Ensure marketing materials remain accurate, updated, and readily accessible
