Role Objective
Lead the development of marketing strategies and content creation to support corporate and sales growth. Drive both internal and external marketing initiatives aimed at achieving business growth objectives, while enhancing the organization’s digital presence and brand image through strategic programs, promotional campaigns, and public relations. This role requires effective team collaboration as well as close coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to design and execute customized marketing strategies for various stakeholder groups.
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive communication programs—both internal and external—to effectively promote the organization and its products.
Foster robust relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
Formulate and deploy digital campaigns across major platforms, including paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), paid social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube), display advertising (programmatic, retargeting), SEO, and additional digital methods.
Leverage brand awareness and customer acquisition platforms effectively throughout every stage of the marketing funnel.
Seamlessly integrate public relations with social media activities.
Supervise multi-agency collaborations for content development by providing creative direction and ensuring the production of engaging, high-quality content.
Oversee the end-to-end creation of marketing materials, ensuring a consistent tone, vision, and aesthetic.
Develop and execute integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns to attract new customers and foster repeat business.
Lead the marketing team, including graphic designers, manage the overall marketing budget, and ensure that all initiatives are performance-driven and goal-oriented.
Coordinate special events and manage project-based marketing initiatives.
Oversee the development and management of the marketing and media budget, along with the organization's digital assets such as the website and social media channels.
Establish and maintain effective media relationships at both local and national levels to secure broad-spectrum coverage.
Requisite Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or equivalent professional qualification. Experience in all aspects of Marketing.
Experience Requirement
At least 8 years of experience of which 4 years in a position assuming similar responsibilities.
