About the Role

As a Marketing & Commercial Director , you will drive the growth and positioning of React Group by developing strategic marketing initiatives, structuring commercial activities, and ensuring business expansion . You will play a key role in shaping the group’s branding, partnerships, and revenue models while working closely with top management to align strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop & execute marketing and branding strategies to enhance visibility and market positioning .
• Lead commercial structuring , ensuring sustainable revenue growth across all business units.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships to drive business expansion and PR opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to optimize revenue management processes.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and business performance to make data-driven decisions.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, ensuring impactful brand representation.

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven leadership experience in marketing, business development, and commercial structuring within media, advertising, TV production, or events.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute and optimize commercial activities effectively.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines .
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a media or events group of companies in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent commercial experience .
