We are a fast-moving consumer tech startup on a mission to redefine how people engage with local communities, services, and opportunities. Backed by a strong product vision and MVP development, we are seeking a marketing co-founder to lead our growth strategy and help scale the product from Dubai.

This is a founding-level opportunity for someone who understands what it takes to build from zero, create demand, and shape a lasting consumer brand in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of growth and marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Build and manage campaigns for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop go-to-market plans for different user segments and geographies.
• Run and optimize paid performance campaigns, SEO, influencer partnerships, and community programs.
• Build localized marketing strategies for Dubai and the wider GCC region.
• Translate user feedback and behavioral data into actionable marketing insights.
• Represent the company at events, industry meetups, and with strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Dubai and committed to working full-time on-site.
• MBA degree from a reputed college or university .
• 3–6 years of hands-on marketing experience , especially in classifieds, marketplace apps, or consumer tech .
• Prior experience in early-stage startups , with a proven ability to operate in fast-paced, lean environments.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM systems.
• Excellent storytelling, content creation, and brand-building skills.
• Comfortable with A / B testing, growth loops, user funnels, and conversion optimization.

Bonus Points

• Experience launching mobile-first products or managing hyperlocal marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of user behavior in classifieds or local service discovery platforms.
• Ability to create and manage marketing content, landing pages, or no-code tools.
• Strong local market knowledge of Dubai and the wider GCC region.
