This role involves executing marketing campaigns, supporting initiatives, and driving brand partnerships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and passionate about using AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Management: Assist in developing content for various channels, including social media, websites, and emails. This includes using AI writing tools to generate ideas and optimize for SEO, as well as writing, editing, and sourcing images.
  • Brand Partnerships: Support the identification and securing of strategic brand partnerships that align with company objectives.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance. Utilize AI-powered tools for social listening and analytics.
  • Campaign Support: Assist with digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, including setup, keyword research, ad copywriting, and reporting.
  • Email Marketing: Help create and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities, using AI-powered tools to analyze large datasets.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, prepare reports on key metrics, and provide insights for optimization. Utilize AI-driven analytics platforms to identify patterns and predict future performance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
  • Website Management: Assist with website updates and content management, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Explore AI-powered website optimization tools to improve SEO, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work with other teams like sales and product development to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, technologies (especially AI-driven marketing solutions), and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role is a plus, but entry-level candidates with strong internships and relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
