Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  2. Schedule social media posts, respond to comments and direct messages, and engage with the audience.
  3. E-Commerce & Digital Operations:
  4. Upload and manage new products, images, and descriptions on the e-commerce platform.
  5. Ensure product listings are up to date and optimized for a seamless shopping experience.
  6. Brand & Product Development:
  7. Support the Brand Director in coordinating vendors, suppliers, and designers for new projects.
  8. Assist in managing shipments and product packaging logistics.
  9. Work with designers to ensure artwork and branding materials align with brand guidelines.
  10. Provide basic creative input and utilize Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools) for minor design adjustments.
  11. Visual Merchandising & Store Coordination:
  12. Assist in implementing visual merchandising strategies for new store openings.
  13. Ensure in-store displays align with brand aesthetics and marketing campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  2. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or brand coordination.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  4. Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later).
  5. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
  6. Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) is a plus.
  7. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  8. A creative mindset with an interest in branding and design.
