A leading healthcare organization in Dubai seeks a Marketing Automation Officer to design and implement marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing CRM systems, generating performance reports, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with marketing automation tools and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
The Marketing Automation Officer supports the design, implementation, and optimisation of marketing automation campaigns across Mediclinic Middle East. This role is responsible for campaign execution, platform administration, reporting, and segmentation under the guidance of the Martech Manager. The Officer contributes to data-driven, personalised communications that enhance engagement, lead generation, and customer lifecycle performance while ensuring governance and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of CRM and marketing automation platforms
Design and build automated, multi-channel marketing journeys based on customer data and lifecycle stages.
Create logic-based audience segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Build campaign templates, dynamic content modules and reusable assets, conduct QA, test, and launch campaigns across relevant channels.
Maintain and configure marketing automation tools and integrations.
Ensure cross-platform integration with CRM, CMS, and analytics systems.
Track performance of all automated campaigns against KPIs.
Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports on campaign ROI, leads, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with CRM and Data teams to ensure clean, structured, and compliant data flows.
Ensure platform configurations support privacy compliance (e.g. GDPR, POPIA).
Ensure all campaigns meet legal and data privacy regulations.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in executing marketing automation campaigns using platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Oracle Eloqua.
Familiarity with marketing data segmentation, campaign execution, reporting, and CRM integration
