Job Summary

A Marketing Associate position is available at one of the world’s leading fragrance and flavor companies. This Dubai-based role offers a collaborative work environment, experience in a fast-paced industry, and the opportunity to impact established fragrance brands.

We are looking for a team member responsible for brand, communication, events, and marketing strategies to support the growth of our Fine Fragrance clients.

The person will work closely with the Marketing team, Account Managers, and Evaluators, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Lead based in Dubai Creative Center, UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop expertise in the global fine fragrance markets through market research, brand analysis, social media listening, communication activations, influencer tracking, trend identification, and new launches tracking.
• Identify and leverage key social, product, brand, and olfactive trends to create customized fragrance solutions and support marketing rationale and concepts.
• Assist account managers in building strong customer relationships by understanding clients’ brands, strategies, and consumer needs, transforming insights into strategic opportunities.
• Plan and execute engaging customer presentations, events, and workshops to generate business opportunities.
• Create compelling storytelling, olfactive descriptions, concepts, and presentations for clients.
• Utilize IFF’s corporate capabilities to differentiate the company from competitors.
