Job Summary

A Marketing Associate position is available at one of the world’s leading fragrance and flavor companies. This Dubai-based position offers a collaborative work environment, experience in a fast-paced industry, and a chance to impact established fragrance brands.

We are looking for a teammate responsible for brand, communication, events, and marketing strategies to support the growth of our Fine Fragrance clients.

The person will work closely with the Marketing team, Account Managers, and Evaluators in charge of clients and will report directly to the Senior Marketing Lead based in Dubai Creative Center, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in the global fine fragrance markets through market research, brand analysis, social media listening, communication & activations, influencer and celebrity followings, trend identification, and tracking new brands & launches.
• Identify and leverage key social, product, brand, format, and olfactive trends to create customized fragrance solutions, building marketing rationale and concepts.
• Support account managers by deep diving into clients’ brands, strategies, portfolios, products, and consumer needs to identify gaps and transform insights into strategic opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, organize, and execute impactful customer engagement presentations, events, and workshops, translating them into business opportunities.
• Create compelling storytelling, olfactive descriptions, concepts, and presentations for clients.
• Utilize IFF corporate capabilities to differentiate from competitors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of consultancy, brand, communication, and PR marketing experience in the Beauty and Fine Fragrance Industry (MUST)
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
