Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and updating of annual, semester, and client-specific training plans, schedules, and program calendars in coordination with the LEAD team.
- Assist in preparing training proposals, program outlines, presentations, participant information, training materials, and other documentation required for internal approval or client submission.
- Maintain accurate client and program information, track inquiries and agreed actions, and ensure timely follow-up with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate training logistics, including trainer schedules, venues, classrooms, equipment, IT/AV requirements, training materials, catering, transportation, and other operational arrangements as required.
- Coordinate participant registration and communication, prepare participant lists, confirm attendance requirements, and provide participants and trainers with timely program information and instructions.
- Provide on-site and daily coordination during training delivery, ensure program readiness, take daily attendance, monitor operational requirements, and promptly address or escalate logistical issues.
- Prepare and administer pre-training assessments, post-training assessments, and participant feedback forms in coordination with trainers and relevant stakeholders.
- Compile attendance, assessment results, participant feedback, trainer input, and other program data; prepare certificates and required end-of-program reports and maintain supporting records.
- Support the preparation and implementation of marketing and outreach activities for LEAD programs, including brochures, flyers, program information, presentations, digital content, and promotional campaigns in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Support client engagement activities, outreach events, exhibitions, and follow-up communications to promote training programs and strengthen relationships with government, corporate, educational, and community partners.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical records for training programs, participants, trainers, clients, materials, certificates, evaluations, and related correspondence.
- Support the tracking of program KPIs, operational requirements, purchase requests, invoices, and other administrative processes, and provide regular status updates and reports to the Director of LEAD.
- Coordinate with internal departments, trainers, clients, vendors, and service providers to facilitate the timely completion of program requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of program-related meetings, events, workshops, and other LEAD activities as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education/Training Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification in marketing, training coordination, project coordination, or event management.
- Practical knowledge of training coordination, program logistics, client communication, and marketing support.
- Experience with CRM, LMS, survey, or event-management tools.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in training coordination, learning and development, marketing, events, education, or client services.
- Experience coordinating training programs from planning through delivery and evaluation.
- Experience preparing participant records, attendance, assessments, feedback, certificates, and program reports.
- Experience supporting proposals, client follow-up, marketing materials, and event logistics.
- Experience in a university, training center, government, or corporate learning environment in the UAE/GCC.
