Job Summary:

The Marketing and Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services, enhance our online presence, and engage with our community. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can effectively communicate our brand's message, manage social media platforms, and drive digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services and increase patient engagement. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Ensure content is informative, relevant, and aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  3. Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and engaging with followers. Implement social media campaigns to boost visibility and attract new patients.
  4. Digital Advertising: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed.
  5. Brand Management: Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing materials and platforms. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines in all marketing efforts.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for marketing and social media campaigns. Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and ROI.
  7. Community Outreach: Develop and manage partnerships with local organizations, influencers, and healthcare professionals to expand our reach and foster community relationships.
  8. Patient Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance patient experience and satisfaction through targeted communications and outreach programs.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and social media, preferably within the healthcare industry. Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and social media accounts.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and digital advertising platforms. Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and best practices is a plus.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools is required.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
  6. Creativity: Innovative and creative thinking with a passion for developing new ideas and strategies to enhance brand presence and patient engagement.
