With a strong vision to elevate brand visibility and drive commercial growth, they are undergoing a transformation that includes the global launch of a major flagship project. This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, manage multi-channel campaigns, and lead all aspects of brand development. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Marketing & Communications Manager will play a vital role in positioning the brand both locally and globally, supporting business growth and investor relations. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies - Oversee brand positioning, voice, and consistency across all channels - Manage content creation: press releases, blogs, social media, and targeted marketing materials - Own digital marketing including website, SEO, social campaigns, and CRM (Salesforce) - Drive stakeholder and investor engagement through tailored communication and promotional assets - Lead public relations and media liaison efforts, including crisis communication - Collaborate with Commercial, Business Development, and Operational teams to align strategies - Plan and deliver trade events, conferences, and international exhibitions - Oversee budgets and agency/vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective output - Use data insights and analytics to measure ROI and optimise campaigns - Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity to refine strategies - Act as brand guardian for major launches and expansion initiatives
