Team Red Dot is seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist to develop strategies that promote their Media solutions and services in Data, CX, and MarTech. The ideal candidate will oversee brand identity across channels, manage digital campaigns, and conduct market research. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in media.

Job description

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote Team Red Dot's Media solutions and Data, CX and MarTech services. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. • Conduct market research to identify target audiences across various sectors and their needs. • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions. • Maintain a strong brand identity for the company across all communication channels, including but not limited to all relevant social media platforms, e-mailers, industry events, industry publications, external presentations and the company's website. • Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels. • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice. • Develop and execute PR campaigns, including press releases, client outreach, and event management. • Identify and participate in key industry events to elevate brand visibility and outreach. • Develop and oversee content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences. • Oversee various content formats, such as blog posts, articles, videos and social media content. • Work with SEO team to optimize content for search engines ( SEO) to improve visibility. • Partner with sales team to create marketing materials, support lead generation activities and ensure alignment between sales & marketing efforts. • Manage digital marketing campaigns, include paid advertising, social media marketing, email marketing and website optimization. • Develop and implement external communication strategies to keep potential and existing clients informed and engaged. • Coordinate outgoing client communications, including newsletters and notable company updates such as industry award wins.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the media industry. • Strong understanding of the media landscape and market trends • Creative problem solving abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
