Our client is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Associate with a proactive mindset and exceptional attention to detail to join their growing team.
In this key role, you will support the team with a variety of marketing and client-interactive tasks, such as liaising with clients and consultants, assisting with the registration and certification processes, creating technical marketing materials, and managing social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Consultant Liaison: Assist in maintaining communication with clients and consultants, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Registration, Testing, and Certification: Help the team manage and support product registration, testing, and certification processes.
- Pre-Qualification and Document Preparation: Prepare pre-qualification documents, proposals, and other marketing-related submissions.
- Marketing Material Creation: Collaborate to create and design high-quality marketing materials such as technical brochures, presentations, and flyers.
- Social Media Management: Assist with managing and updating social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, in alignment with the company marketing strategies.
- Database Management: Regularly maintain and update the consultant/project database to ensure all contact details and project information are current and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with photo editing tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and how they can be used to enhance marketing processes.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A valid UAE driving license to support potential travel for client meetings and project requirements.
- Very good communication skills in English, Arabic will be highly desirable.
