We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will use data-driven insights to evaluate market trends, assess campaign performance, and support strategic marketing initiatives. This role will contribute to enhancing our marketing strategies and ensuring alignment with business objectives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis, ROI, and KPIs

  • Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance, customer insights, and market conditions

  • Work closely with marketing teams to optimize campaign targeting, segmentation, and positioning

  • Conduct A/B testing and user feedback analysis to refine marketing approaches

  • Monitor and report on digital and traditional marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media)

  • Provide recommendations for pricing strategies, product launches, and promotional tactics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing plans with sales, product, and customer service initiatives

  • Utilize CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to gather and analyze data (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau)

  • Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies, trends, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

  • 3 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or data analysis, preferably in the UAE or GCC

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau)

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations

  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation, marketing funnels, and campaign performance metrics

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
