As our Marketing Intern specializing in Email Marketing & Automation, you'll play a key role in engaging our audience, generating leads for our sales & recruitment team, and supporting recruitment initiatives. What You'll Be Doing:

1. Email Campaign Management: Assist in planning, creating, and executing engaging email marketing campaigns across different stages of the customer and candidate journey.
2. Workflow Development & Automation: Learn to design and implement automated workflows using tools like Zapier to streamline marketing and sales processes.
3. Branding & Marketing Fundamentals: Apply your understanding of branding principles to ensure consistent and impactful messaging in all email communications.
4. Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
5. A/B Testing: Assist in developing and executing A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action.
6. Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure email content aligns with marketing strategies and resonates with target audiences.
7. Sales Lead Generation Support: Learn how to leverage email marketing and CRM integrations to nurture leads and support sales efforts.
8. AI & Integration Exploration: Explore and learn to utilize AI tools and integrations (like Zapier) to automate tasks and enhance marketing efficiency.
9. Talent Management System Exposure: Gain exposure to Talent Management Systems (like Manatal) and learn how email marketing can support recruitment efforts.

What You'll Bring:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
