Role Overview

The Marketing & Agent Support Coordinator provides essential on-the-ground marketing assistance to Off Plan agents. They ensure agents have easy access to marketing tools, templates, and social media support to promote properties and personal brands effectively. The role bridges the gap between Marketing and Sales, ensuring agent requests are managed efficiently and that marketing assets are optimised for use in the field.

Accountabilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to Off Plan agents for marketing asset creation, template use, and social media promotion.
  • Assist with simple design edits and customisation of marketing materials using Canva or PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate requests through Monday.com, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking of all agent marketing tasks.
  • Work with Training and Marketing to ensure all agent materials are updated, easily accessible, and promoted through internal channels (HubSpot, Knowledge Base, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for senior agents and Associate Directors, ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment.
  • Support simple photo and video content creation (e.g., shooting short clips or assisting with basic editing), including correct utilisation of QR codes to meet RERA standards.
  • Prepare simple presentations for agents (e.g., project roadshows or client decks).
  • Liaise with departments such as Accounts, IT, and Admin to support smooth operations for agent-facing marketing tasks.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Minimum Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, administration, or agent support.
  • Experience in real estate or agency environments preferred.
Educational Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Technical Qualifications
  • Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, and basic design tools.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com) and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Basic photo and video editing skills advantageous.
