Job Overview
A leading medical and aesthetic center in Al Ain is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Marketing Account Manager to oversee, manage, and optimize all marketing activities related to assigned service lines, doctors, campaigns, and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will act as the central point of coordination between management, doctors, internal teams, and external agencies, ensuring marketing objectives are executed efficiently, budgets are controlled, and measurable results are achieved.
This role requires a strong understanding of medical and aesthetic marketing, performance‑driven advertising, and hands‑on daily execution, including campaign management, social media stories, and offer announcements.
Key Responsibilities

Account & Campaign Management
- Manage marketing activities for assigned doctors, departments, and service lines (Laser, Derma, Facial, Injectables, Hair, Body, etc.).
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and execution with management and internal teams.
- Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and business objectives.

Daily Stories & Snaps Execution
- Create, publish, and manage daily Instagram Stories and Snapchat Snaps.
- Promote ongoing offers and limited‑time promotions, doctor schedules and availability, daily clinic activity and events.
- Capture real‑time content from inside the clinic while maintaining professional and medical advertising standards.
- Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and compliance with regulations.

On-Camera Offer Announcements
- Appear on camera when required to announce promotions and special offers, campaign launches, events, and important updates.
- Communicate offers clearly, confidently, and professionally.
- Represent the clinic brand with credibility and trust.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and analyze leads, messages, calls, bookings, attendance, and conversions.
- Track CPL, CPA, and campaign efficiency.
- Prepare performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate with call center and reception teams to ensure proper lead handling.

Budget & Media Spend Control
- Manage and monitor allocated marketing budgets.
- Track daily and monthly spend to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate budget reallocations and approvals when required.

Content & Creative Coordination
- Brief designers, videographers, and content creators.
- Review and approve creatives, captions, and offers.
- Ensure compliance with medical advertising regulations and brand guidelines.

Digital Platform Management
- Oversee social media platforms, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp campaigns and CRM tools.
- Maintain consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.

<>Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
- Support influencer visits and collaborations when required.
- Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders.

Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor campaigns, offers, and market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing account management or digital marketing.
- Experience in medical, aesthetic, or healthcare sectors is preferred.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for short promotional content.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Professional on-camera presence.
- English fluency required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
