TIENS Europe Region GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Market Support Coordinator to streamline regional operations across the Middle East. You will liaise between distributors, regional teams, and HQ to coordinate sales support, trainings, and campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years in sales support or operations coordination, preferably in MLM/direct selling.
• Understanding of distributor networks and Middle East market.
• Experience supporting events, trainings, or sales activities is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to coordinate with distributors and partners across the Middle East.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the distributor ecosystem (VIPs, Agents, Partners) onboarding, training, performance tracking, and compliance with local regulations.
• Support market growth initiatives by aiding sales activities, distributor engagement, and customer retention in Middle East markets.
• Assist marketing with localized campaigns, promotions, loyalty programs, and incentives.
• Plan and support sales meetings, training sessions, roadshows, and regional events.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability and smooth fulfillment.
• Track and report distributor activity, event participation, and incentive performance.
• Act as liaison between regional teams, HQ, marketing, logistics, legal, and finance.
• Provide administrative support for regional projects and initiatives.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Market Support Coordinator to support business development and operational excellence across the Middle East region. Acting as a key liaison between distributors, regional teams, and Global Headquarters, you will coordinate sales support activities, training programs, marketing initiatives, and regional events to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of the distributor ecosystem (e.g., VIPs, Agents, Partners), including onboarding support, training coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring compliance with local direct-selling regulations
• Assist with market growth initiatives by supporting sales activities, distributor engagement, and customer retention programs across Middle East markets
• Work closely with the marketing team to support the execution of localized campaigns, promotions, loyalty programs, and incentive initiatives
• Coordinate and support the organization of sales meetings, training sessions, roadshows, and regional events
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to help ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment
• Track and report key market support indicators such as distributor activity, event participation, and incentive performance
• Act as a coordination point between regional teams, HQ, and internal departments (marketing, logistics, legal, finance)
• Provide operational and administrative support for regional projects and initiatives assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, operations coordination, distributor support, or a similar role, preferably within the direct selling / MLM industry
• Basic understanding of distributor networks and the Middle East market environment
• Experience supporting events, trainings, or sales activities is an advantage
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with distributors and partners across the Middle East region
