Job Description
Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and evaluate the competitive landscape; compile and present findings through detailed reports.
Collaborate with the sales team to communicate campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain and update a comprehensive inventory of sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all resources.
Continuously explore new data sources for potential customer leads and provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Assist the Marketing Manager in assessing and refining marketing plans and strategies through the analysis of sales forecasts, and objective setting.
Utilize research methodologies and statistical tools to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
Design and execute data analysis strategies, enhancing data collection processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Serve as a bridge between staff and management, analyzing organizational processes, procedures, and workflows to support informed decision-making.
Generate and summarize operational reports on a weekly, monthly, and periodic basis for key stakeholders, including the creation of specifications, instructions, and visual process documentation.
Manage end-to-end analytics projects, from defining project requirements to extracting, transforming, and analyzing data for effective execution and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus for competitive advantage.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in market research or analysis.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
