Job summary

AD Ports Group seeks an experienced regulatory advisory executive to oversee compliance across Ports, Maritime or EC&FZ clusters. The role focuses on implementing robust policies, controls, and risk assessments, while coordinating audits and regulatory inspections with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a law/related degree, 8–10 years in a similar role, and fluent English and Arabic communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Government, Political Science, Communications, or a related field.
• Compliance/AML and sanctions certification is beneficial.
• Excellent English and Arabic languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on regulatory issues for Ports, Maritime or EC&FZ.
• Implement strategies and develop pragmatic solutions for regulatory obstacles.
• Ensure robust policies, procedures and controls to support an effective regulatory framework.
• Lead internal and regulatory inspections and audits.
• Encourage innovation and automation with compliance teams and the wider organization.
• Provide regular internal reporting to the Director of Regulations and Compliance.
