Job summary

Zarco is seeking a qualified and experienced Project / Procurement Marine Engineer to support marine and offshore projects. The role involves managing procurement activities, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of procurement processes and marine industry standards. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine, offshore, dredging, shipbuilding, or maritime industries.
• Ability to prepare technical specifications and procurement documentation.
• Strong knowledge of marine equipment, materials, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for marine projects and operations.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare technical and commercial evaluations of quotations and proposals.
• Monitor project schedules, procurement status, and budget requirements.
