Job summary

Astro Offshore - An Adani Group Company seeks an experienced PMS Administrator to manage Planned Maintenance Systems and IT operations across our fleet. You will configure PMS onboard vessels and in shore offices, deliver training to crew and shore staff, and monitor system utilization.

Ideal candidates have hands-on PMS/IT administration or maritime technical support experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate with software providers for system upgrades and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or Marine Engineering.
Knowledge of the ISM Code and maritime safety standards.
Relevant IT or PMS-specific training/certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and maintain the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) onboard vessels and shore offices.
Deliver initial training and ongoing support to vessel crew and shore staff on PMS functionalities.
Monitor PMS utilization and report outstanding tasks to the Vessel Manager.
Ensure PMS aligns with ISM Code and safety standards.
Prepare detailed maintenance reports and present quarterly reviews.
