Marine Technical Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Technical Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical product knowledge and have prior experience in the oil & gas or marine industry. Local market experience is mandatory. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.
2. Present technical products and services to potential clients, effectively demonstrating their benefits and applications.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
4. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
6. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Key Requirements:

1. Technical product knowledge is a must, preferably within the marine, oil & gas, or related industries.
2. Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management.
3. Local UAE experience is mandatory.
4. Strong understanding of construction and engineering sectors.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
