Job summary

PxGeo in Dubai is seeking a Technical Lead – Source to drive the development and enhancement of subsea source technology for marine seismic acquisition. You will shape the product portfolio, align with customer needs, and guide strategy across technical, operations, marketing, and commercial teams.

The role requires leading cross-functional efforts to define requirements, manage lifecycle stages, and deliver competitive, compliant solutions for offshore seismic operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field such as Engineering, Geophysics, Marine/Ocean Engineering or Physics.
• Proven track record in product management within energy or marine technology sectors.
• Experience in underwater seismic acquisition and related technologies is essential.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle plans for source technologies in marine seismic acquisition.
• Lead market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define product requirements and value propositions with stakeholders across technical, operations, and commercial teams.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept through design, testing, commercialization, and end-of-life planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and BD to craft positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Translate customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product improvements and innovations.
