Job description

Marine Procurement and Logistics Executive

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Logistics Executive with a strong background in managing procurement and logistics for offshore vessels, including Accommodation Barges, AHT, AHTS-DP1/DP2, and other marine support vessels operating in Europe and beyond. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, logistics coordination, supplier management, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services that align with project requirements and international maritime standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics within the offshore shipping and maritime industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vessel engineering composition, spare parts, and technical requirements, particularly for offshore service vessels, service vessels, and DP2 systems.
  • Experience handling offshore materials management and procurement for accommodation and service vessels.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (AMOS, ShipServ, or similar maritime procurement platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, ISM Code, MARPOL, and SOLAS requirements.
  • Strong background working with European shipping and maritime companies, understanding regional procurement practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
