Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced maritime operations specialist to maintain vessel certificates, coordinate surveys, audits and inspections with the operations team and surveyors, and ensure accurate recording in ShipManager.

You will collect, analyze, and process data from all vessels to support informed decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and deliver onboard crew training as required while actively promoting safety culture.

Qualifications

• Mandatory sailing history.
• Knowledge in maritime software (DNV ShipManager) or similar.
• Experience with Flag and Class requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all vessel certificates.
• Coordinate vessel surveys, audits and inspections with Operations, surveyors, auditors and inspectors.
• Ensure accurate recording of surveys/audits/inspections in ShipManager.
• Collect, analyze and process data from all vessels to support reporting and informed decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver training to onboard crew as required.

• Ensure that vessel surveys audits and inspections are accurately recorded in ShipManager
• Collect analyze and process data from all vessels to ensure accurate reporting support informed decision-making and improve operational efficiency
• Prepare and deliver training to onboard crew as required
• Actively participate in and promote the company s safety culture
