Job Purpose

dnata Airport Operations’ vast ground handling operations successfully service the major global hub that is Dubai International Airport. We deliver a seamless experience from check-in to baggage delivery for more than 80 million passengers and 140 scheduled airlines annually.

To control and coordinate the provision of marhaba - hospitality experience during a shift, ensuring passengers and airlines receive a total quality handling service, and projecting dnata/marhaba as a quality hospitality service provider.

In This Role, You Will

  1. Execute guest satisfaction & feedback initiatives, monitor guest interactions, and resolve concerns promptly.
  2. Develop and implement signature moments within the guest journey to enhance satisfaction.
  3. Promote loyalty and repeat business through specialized service.
  4. Manage, train, mentor, and motivate the guest services team, ensuring high standards and positive team environment.
  5. Conduct performance evaluations, briefings, and ensure the team adheres to hospitality principles and PRAIS standards.
  6. Ensure lounge teams are well integrated into the hospitality culture and maintain service standards through audits.
  7. Oversee operational aspects such as VIP services, special requests, reservations, and guest flow to ensure a seamless experience.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards, especially during lounge refurbishments.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies, maintaining a healthy work environment.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front-of-house or supervisory role in a high-volume or fine-dining setting.
  3. Experience in Meet & Greet services (3+ years).
  4. Proficiency in English (Level 5) and MS Office.
  5. Supervisory skills, service orientation, hospitality and F&B awareness, safety awareness.
  6. First-Aider and Fire-Warden certifications are desirable.
  7. Multilingual abilities, especially Western languages, are desirable.
