Job summary

ACCA Careers seeks a contract-based financial due diligence consultant for the manufacturing and heavy industrial sector in Dubai. You will be deployed immediately to execute high-priority due diligence and then transition to a rolling pipeline of assignments as our client portfolio expands.

The role requires 4–8 years in TAS/FDD within a Big 4, with strong modeling skills (Alteryx/Power BI/Excel) and an ACCA/CPA/CFA preferred credential. Availability to onboard in Dubai is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within Big 4 TAS/FDD in manufacturing or industrials.
• 4–8 years in financial due diligence or advanced transaction advisory.
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA qualification preferred.
• Proficient in data-driven financial models and analytics tools (Alteryx/Power BI/Excel).
• Immediate availability to onboard in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence for a target in manufacturing.
• Perform QofE normalization, adjust for unrecorded liabilities and inventory variances.
• Assess working capital and net debt, including seasonal profiles for industrial supply chains.
• Review CapEx pipelines, plant depreciation, and asset scrap value allocations.
• Create presentation-ready FDD reports and slide decks for leadership.
