Activities

• Safety Champion Program : Coordinate with sponsors for presentation preparation and examining non-conformances. Facilitate regular safety rounds outside work areas between Safety Champions and Sponsors to identify potential hazards. Support Safety Champions in developing and delivering effective presentations of findings during toolbox talks.
• Net Zero (carbon neutrality) : Support initiatives to achieve Energy and CO 2 saving targets. Manage CO2 reduction initiatives in line with ESG goals resulting in reduction in GHG emissions and carbon footprint
• Energy Management : Collect data and identify potential root causes for energy variations while maintaining ISO 50001 certification with zero non-conformance issues. Lead energy saving campaigns by managing data collection and preparing monthly quizzes. Announce results and follow up on deviations. Generate innovative ideas, analyse root causes of energy inefficiencies, and suggest practical improvements to help meet our energy targets and carbon neutrality commitments
• Hoshin Kanri : Assist in workshop preparation to effectively match the global objectives with the plant's goals, facilitate strategic alignment sessions, and follow up on implementing actions and projects throughout the year to ensure sustained progress toward strategic priorities.
• 5S : Conduct monthly audits of 15+ operational zones in TELBU, prepare audit reports, track non-conformities, follow up on action items, train team members on 5S principles, develop standardized work procedures, and enhance plant and warehouse safety through visual management resulting in zero safety incidents
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives : Coordinate between project leaders, sponsors, TELBU management for review meetings to ensure highest successful implementation of DMAIC and Just-Do-It projects
• Data Analysis : Assist project leaders in data collection and analysis utilizing Six Sigma tools including S A3 Charter, SIPOC, VOC, CTQ, Swimlane, Spaghetti Diagram, Pay off Matrix, 5-Whys, Fish-Bone Diagram, FMEA
• Lean Management Tools : Supervise, deploy and maintain, Kaizen events, One Point Lessons, and error-proofing (Poka Yoke) systems
• Kaizens : Audit Kaizens and assist in evaluation, develop and implement successful Kaizen Programs that empower and motivate employees to spearhead their own continuous improvement initiatives
• Visual Management : Develop and maintain dashboards using PowerBI displaying leading and lagging KPIs. Create clear visual displays that track performance metrics against targets. Regularly update visualization tools to monitor progress, identify performance gaps, and drive action plans to meet operational objectives and continuous improvement goals.
• Daily Review Meetings : Monitor analyse performance metrics against targets, identifying gaps and trends. Provide actionable feedback and suggest targeted improvements to help production teams achieve key operational objectives. Ensure effective implementation of action plans and track progress of continuous improvement initiatives identified during reviews
• Digitization : Build new apps and maintain existing ones using PowerApps to replace manual work with digital tools. Turn paper processes into digital workflows using Office 365 tools for checklists and quality control. Keep improving apps to cut waste, save costs, and make work faster and smoother. Support the company's goal to use less paper and more digital solutions.
• Industry 4.0 : Support implementation of the factory of the future roadmap in TELBU by monitoring progress against milestones, and conducting regular gap assessments to ensure continuous alignment with digital transformation objectives.
• Communication : Develop clear, impactful visual presentations that effectively communicate to management. Create easy-to-understand metrics and data visualizations tailored for different audiences (technical / non-technical). Design presentation materials that translate complex information into accessible insights while maintaining connection to key business objectives.
• Feasibility Studies : Assist and guide teams in conducting comprehensive feasibility studies for their continuous improvement ideas, evaluating technical viability, resource requirements, potential return on investment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

HSSEQ Objectives & Assignments :

• Ensure full compliance to relevant statutory requirements, Group HSSEQ charter, Company Rules, One -Maestro requirements, local HSSEQ policies and procedures and ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with laid down procedures etc.
• Implement and effectively maintain relevant requirements of QMS (ISO 9001 : 2015), EMS (14001 : 2015), HS-MS (ISO45001 : 2018), EnMS (ISO 50001 : 2018) through development of procedures.
• To effectively perform all nominated HSSEQ roles as part of One-Maestro requirements and local HSE procedures.
• To effectively contribute to meet company HSSEQ objectives, KPIs, performance and ensure timely closures of all identified HSSEQ actions from relevant audits.
• Strict adherence to Golden Rules, Near miss / Anomalies reporting, PTW compliance, Emergency Response procedures, Incident reporting and participation in investigation analysis.
• Effective participation of self and team in Risk Assessment and Critical Task Analysis Program, relevant HSSEQ trainings and other Programs (Safety Tours, Internal Audits, Joint Safety Tours etc).

Compliance

• Ensure full adherence to the company's compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
• Promptly notify the compliance officer / economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.

Candidate Profile

Knowledge :

• Knowledge of Lean Management

Skills :

• English Language proficiency ; Arabic is a plus
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Creative, self-motivated and highly organized
• Able to handle tasks independently

Experience :

• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience (preferably in manufacturing environment)

Education :

• Bachelor Degree (preferably Engineering or Business administration)
