Advisors Deploy is a client-facing competency that partners with clients to drive measurable value by:

Product Management Specialist

Supports client profit and growth for cards, focusing on revenue, credit costs, fraud, and costs. Manages product compliance, audits, and complaints. Guides strategy execution to generate revenue aligned with consumer banking and supports sales and marketing initiatives. Facilitates product roll-out, training, benchmarking, and market analysis.

Product Innovation and Development

Assists in developing product strategies, value propositions, and performance improvements based on market trends and customer needs. Supports the execution of strategic roadmaps, monitors competitive and regulatory environments, and collaborates across teams to identify gaps and opportunities.

Internal Collaboration

Works with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement across operations, technology, credit, legal, and risk.

Product Roll-out

Supports product commercialization, pricing, sales tools, and training. Monitors post-launch performance and resolves issues for continuous improvement.

Execution and Implementation

Supports large client programs from initiation to benefit realization, managing risks, issues, and scope re-alignments. Builds strong client relationships and identifies new business opportunities.

Team Work & Culture

Develops business recommendations, leads meetings, manages projects, and mentors junior team members. Contributes to intellectual capital and promotes Mastercard's brand.
