Job summary

A Dubai-based retail conglomerate is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Warehouse/Supply Chain operations to lead strategic projects. The role requires managing all phases from initiation to operational handover, including budget management and driving innovation. Candidates should have 8–10 years of experience, a relevant engineering degree, and strong skills in stakeholder management and negotiation.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years’ experience with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of automation systems and storage systems.
  • Experience in cost-benefit analysis and layout design.

Job description

One of the Dubai based Retail Conglomerate is searching for a Project Manager Warehouse/Supply Chain/DC for their UAE operations

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic warehouse infrastructure projects (capacity expansion, Warehouse consolidation, new setups, automation) with full ownership of business case, budget, and timeline

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Lead feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and business case preparation.

- Develop CAPEX budgets and track utilization.

- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships at senior level.

- Oversee all phases from initiation to operational handover.

- Drive process innovation and automation adoption.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years’ experience (min. 4 years in same role in last assignment)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; preference for Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.
  • Advanced capacity modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and project planning tools Knowledge of automation systems, storage systems, layout design and industry best practices.
  • High-level stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, strategic communication
