Job summary

Talents Tide seeks a strategic Manager to lead the planning, development, and management of Oracle Flexcube Trade and Treasury modules in Dubai. You will drive end-to-end implementation of Trade Finance and Treasury systems with external integrations to Reuters, Bloomberg, SWIFT, ERP, and CRM.

The ideal candidate brings deep PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and API integration expertise, plus strong project management and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compliant, high-quality technology

Qualifications

• 8 years in Information Technology with Oracle Flexcube Trade and Treasury domains.
• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Flexcube Trade, Treasury, Limits, Collateral Management Banking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Trade Finance modules (LCs, Guarantees, Collections, Bills Discounting).
• Configure Trade Finance workflows (Import/Export LCs, Standby LCs, Bank Guarantees, Documentary/ Supply Chain Finance).
• Configure Money Market, FX, Derivatives, and Securities modules; implement ALM and liquidity risk reporting.
• Integrate with Reuters/Bloomberg for real-time rates and pricing; enable third-party integrations via SOAP/REST APIs (SWIFT, ERP, CRM).
• Develop PL/SQL scripts, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Flexcube extensions; debug EOD/EOM batch jobs; optimize STP workflows.
• Train Trade Ops, Treasury teams; liaise with Oracle Support; document FSDs, Test Cases, User Manuals.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Manager Trade / Treasury Technologies to lead the planning, development, and management of Oracle Flexcube Trade and Treasury modules. The role will oversee end-to-end implementation of Trade Finance (LCs, Guarantees, Collections, Bills Discounting) and Treasury systems (Money Market, FX, Derivatives, Securities, ALM) while ensuring seamless integration with external systems such as Reuters, Bloomberg, SWIFT, ERP, and CRM.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, API integrations, and a proven track record of optimizing STP workflows and driving system enhancements. Strong project management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of technology initiatives supporting the Trade and Treasury domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible Trade Finance Modules and for End-to-end implementation of Trade Finance modules (LCs, Guarantees, Collections, Bills Discounting). Configure Letter of Credit (LC) workflows (Import/Export, Standby LCs). Set up Bank Guarantees (Performance, Bid Bonds, Advance Payment). implement Documentary Collections (Clean/Documentary) and Supply Chain Finance.
• Responsible for Configure Money Market (MM), Forex (FX), Derivatives, and Securities modules. Set up Dealing, Position Keeping, and Risk Management workflows. Implement ALM (Asset-Liability Management) and Liquidity Risk Reporting. Integrate with Reuters/Bloomberg for real-time rates and pricing.
• Technical expertise in developing PL/SQL scripts, Oracle Forms, and Reports for Flexcube extensions. Debug batch job failures (EOD, EOM, EOQ processes). Optimize STP (Straight-Through Processing) for trade and treasury ops. Work with SOAP/REST APIs for third-party integrations (SWIFT, ERP, CRM).
• Customize Swift Message Integration (MT7xx, MT4xx) for trade transactions.
• Train Trade Ops, Treasury, and Compliance teams on Flexcube workflows. Liaise with Oracle Support for L3 issue resolution. Document FSDs, Test Cases, and User Manuals.
• To plan, execute and coordinate the implementation of initiative/projects related to Trade & Treasury Unit
• Contribute multiple initiatives by using management technical tools and techniques to meet the project timeline.
• Communicate regularly with the reporting Manager and other stakeholders of projects regarding status of current project initiatives and/or on the tasks assigned.
• Responsible & accountable to assist IT quality assurance in continual improvement of the Quality management system.
• All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Business,master's degree will be an advantage.

Experience:

• 8 years in Information Technology, Oracle Flexcube Trade and Treasury domains.
• Must have hands on experience in implementing Oracle Flexcube Trade, Treasury, Limits, Collateral Management Banking Systems.
