Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking an AVP - Trade & Treasury Technologies (Expats) in Dubai to align IT and business strategies and to lead the Trade & Treasury Platforms portfolio, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets.

The ideal candidate has deep Treasury and Trade products knowledge (FX, MM, Bonds, Derivatives) and hands-on experience implementing banking applications in these domains, with strong vendor, regulator, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Min 12+ years in Information Technology.
• Domain knowledge in Treasury (FX, MM, Bonds, Derivatives) and Trade products.
• Hands-on experience implementing banking applications in these domains.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Trade, Treasury, Limits Management platforms, including vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, regulator liaison, and timely implementation of changes.
• Provide guidance and motivation to the team to achieve assigned projects.
• Review team performance and deliverables against KPIs to meet objectives.
• Coach, train and develop team skills by identifying training needs and assign learning opportunities.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss project-related subjects and provide recommendations.
• Review and provide regular portfolio status reports to update management regarding status of current project initiatives and tasks.
• Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLA of the department.
• Manage Managed Services Provider, track their KPIs, contract renewal etc.
• Provide audit input requirements and close all assigned audit observations with timely evidence related to your area to IT-QA or Audit teams.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AVP - Advanced Analytics Technologies aligning IT and Business strategy to ensure that Technology is seen as an enabler to fulfill Business Objectives. To lead Trade & Treasury Platforms portfolio and ensure timely completion of Projects initiatives / Tasks within approved budget in order to meet strategic Technology Road map.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end management of Trade, Treasury, Limits Management platforms, including vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, regulator liaison, and timely implementation of changes, with secondary responsibility of managing associated Trade & Treasury platforms as assigned.
• To provide adequate support, guidance & motivation to the team members in order to ensure the achievement of assigned projects.
• Review team performance and deliverables in line with the approved KPIs to ensure meeting desired objectives
• Coach, train and develop team skills by identifying training needs and assign appropriate learning platform to the team.
• To meet with stakeholders to discuss subject related to the projects/CR and provide them with necessary suggestions & recommendations.
• To review and provide regular Portfolio status reports in order to update the management regarding status of current project initiatives and/or on the tasks assigned.
• Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLA of the department.
• Manage Managed Services Provider, track their KPIs, contract renewal etc.
• Responsible to provide audit input requirements, close all assigned audit observations and provide closing evidence related to your area to IT-QA team or Audit team in a timely manner.

Education:

• Masters degree will be an added advantage

Experience:

• Min 12+ years in Information Technology
