Job Description

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS). Reporting to the Head of Commercial Planning Middle East, you will ensure executional excellence across all GTR locations, standardize guidelines, and oversee the deployment of all CC & SFP initiatives, working closely with field teams to ensure quality execution.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide field inputs for market analysis of Tier 1 locations/channels.
  2. Standardize the Executional Excellence Concept across locations/channels.
  3. Translate Execution Excellence into actionable tasks like location strategy, POS strategy, portfolio optimization, VM/Planogram development, and communication guidelines.
  4. Deploy all pillars of Execution Excellence.
  5. Develop tracking, reporting, and control systems for continuous improvement.
  6. Manage deployment of Brand Retail/Infrastructure projects, coordinating with stakeholders.
  7. Oversee content deployment aligned with market calendars, coordinating with internal and external teams.
  8. Support CX activities, coordinating with suppliers and marketing teams.
  9. Manage local suppliers and third-party vendors, overseeing briefs, design, and feedback.
  10. Conduct regular store visits to supervise deployment and effectiveness of solutions.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years in trade marketing or commercial deployment within FMCG, with strong knowledge of sales trade channels.
  • Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Strong collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent budget and inventory management capabilities.
  • People management experience is a plus.
