We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage the installation and integration of CCTV systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our values of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of CCTV project implementation from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that provide peace of mind.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that incorporate schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and integration of CCTV systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress while addressing any concerns or issues with empathy.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for security systems.
• Act as the primary liaison with infrastructure vendors, ensuring quality-driven, SLA-compliant service delivery.
• Evaluate CCTV project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions, establishing comprehensive project schedules in coordination with the team while identifying crucial installation timelines.
• Establish and oversee support & maintenance framework for deployed smart city solutions, ensuring high availability, uptime, and performance.
• Drive the standardization of tools and processes for project delivery.
• Action item tracking, issue management and task prioritization.
• Cultivate a supportive environment for team members by valuing their input and encouraging professional growth.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in managing technical projects, particularly in security or surveillance systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools for project management and system integration.
• CCTV certification is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated.
• Willingness to international travel at least 50% as required by the role, based on business needs and project requirements.
