About the Role

This role involves:

1. Leading the account management for our anchor tenant Dubai Basketball.
2. Acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless delivery of all services and deliverables while building lasting client relationships. Work cross-functionally across departments such as ticketing, marketing, operations, and commercial to ensure excellence in execution and client satisfaction.

This position is on a freelancer agreement and requires the candidate to have their own visa/sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Business, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in Account Management.
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with experience in events.
