Job Purpose

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning (ML) to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role requires someone who thrives on building production-grade AI systems, not just strategizing. You will play a key role in architecting scalable and responsible AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed AI across business functions and domains.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

• Define and lead the architectural direction for GenAI/ML systems across multiple business domains.
• Design, develop, and implement hands-on scalable and secure GenAI infrastructure in production environments.
• Lead integration of AI features into enterprise-grade web and mobile applications.
• Architect systems using large language models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph and other open source frameworks).
• Operationalize AI models using cloud-native services such as AWS or Azure
• Collaborate with ML and data teams to fine-tune models, implement prompt strategies, and optimize workflows.
• Establish best practices for DevOps/MLOps, performance monitoring, and continuous delivery of AI services.
• Assist leadership team on AI strategy, roadmaps, and technical decisions to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend scalable, production-ready GenAI tools and patterns.

Qualification:

• 10-12 years of engineering experience, including 8+ years in AI/ML systems.
• Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering discipline
• Expertise in LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Ollama, etc.), embeddings, vector search, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, OpenAI SDK, CrewAI or other popular opensource frameworks.

Experience and Competencies:

• This is a hands-on role — you must have direct experience in designing, building, and deploying GenAI applications.
• Proven success in taking GenAI / LLM solutions to production, demonstrating real-world value and business impact.
• Strong proficiency in Python, streamlit, flask / fast api frameworks. Solid understanding of Data science, Machine learning frameworks.
• Production deployment experience on AWS/Azure.
• Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Chromadb, etc).
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) domains including NLU, NER, text classification, etc.
• Familiarity with popular NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, Flair — beyond just LLMs).
• Exposure to computer vision and speech processing frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TorchVision, Whisper, SpeechBrain, DeepSpeech).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in multi-disciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry experience in: Real Estate, Retail.
• Domain familiarity with: Finance, Procurement, HR, and other support functions.
• Background in large-scale enterprise systems with complex workflows.
• Prior experience in multi-agent systems, knowledge graphs.
