Job summary

Amali Properties, a luxury real estate developer in the UAE, seeks a Manager Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring across Development, Design, Construction, and Corporate teams. You’ll partner with business leaders to define workforce needs, plan hiring, and design assessments, while building robust talent funnels and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, reporting dashboards, and compliant UAE/GCC hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years in-house/top-tier TA for real estate development, construction, luxury design, or leading search firms.
• Proven success hiring mid-to-senior roles in the GCC and with C-suite/MD Office stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing toolkit (Boolean/X-ray, talent mapping, referrals, communities) and ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter mastery.
• Bias for speed and quality; crisp stakeholder communication and discretion on sensitive mandates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for priority roles across Development, Design, Construction/PMO, Corporate, and MD Office.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to define workforce needs, hiring plans, and assessment strategies.
• Build high-performing funnels: market mapping, headhunting, referrals, and agency management (when needed).
• Elevate candidate experience: structured interviews, case tasks, scorecards, and clear communication.
• Create data-driven hiring dashboards and weekly reports (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline health).
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements across key functions and business units.
• Maintain a curated bench for niche roles (palace/mansion design, island projects, project controls, etc.).
• Ensure compliance across UAE/GCC hiring practices and coordinate offers through to onboarding.

• Strong sourcing toolkit (Boolean/X-ray, talent mapping, referrals, communities) and ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter mastery.
• Assessment design chops scorecards, case tasks, structured interviewing.
• Analytical mindset (reporting, pipeline metrics, SLA adherence) and crisp stakeholder communication.
• Bias for speed and quality; discretion with sensitive mandates.
• Exposure to HR tech stacks (Workday/SuccessFactors/Greenhouse) and Power BI or similar for reporting.
