Description

1. Lead corporate strategic initiatives that align with long-term objectives and value creation goals.
2. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership on key business challenges and opportunities.
3. Drive structured planning, evaluation, and execution of corporate strategy to enhance market positioning.
4. Conduct ongoing market intelligence and risk analysis to inform strategic direction.
5. Oversee the preparation of executive policy recommendations and strategic reports for CEO-level decision-making.
6. Facilitate cross-functional alignment and synergy on strategic initiatives across business units.
7. Support the development and implementation of strategic planning methodologies and performance monitoring.

Minimum Requirements

1. Must have an undergraduate degree from a top-tier international university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, engineering, or a relevant field.
2. MBA or relevant master's degree is strongly beneficial but not essential.
3. At least 10 years of experience in strategic advisory or transformation roles in the Middle East.
4. Experience in the utilities sector is mandatory.
5. Strong ability to lead strategic initiatives with measurable impact across complex organisations.
6. Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level executives and synthesising insights for high-level decision-making.
7. Background in both strategy formulation and implementation is preferred.
8. Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing transformation agendas.
9. Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and executive reporting skills.
