Leading a team, you will be managing the strategic business engagement projects across the entity. You will be leveraging your consulting expertise within the utilities and energy sectors to deliver impactful analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders. Description * Driving and managing end-to-end strategic business engagement projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering tangible results * Leading and managing a team of 3-4 direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship and ensuring high-quality delivery of projects * Leveraging your consulting expertise to provide insightful analysis and developing strategic recommendations * Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally * Contributing to the development of new business opportunities and the expansion of the organisation's strategic engagement capabilities * Overseeing the scoping, planning, and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards * Applying strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify key trends and develop data-driven insights Job Offer * Unique opportunity to play a strategic role within a growing entity in the UAE * Competitive, tax-free salary
